Slabs are made to order, which guarantees freshness.
Slabs are perfect for Hotels, Buffets, Function Centres or Catering Companies,
or wherever there is a requirement to cater large numbers.
Slabs provide the flexibility to cut as many pieces from the one tray as you require.
Cut from a substantial piece to a "bite size" piece. You can cut as few as 36 pieces,
48, 70, 96 or as many as 120 pieces. We have provided a few cutting suggestions below.
